NEW. KEPANE is born: organic and artisanal, with very few carbohydrates, lots of protein, and rich in fiber. In one bag there are 6 rolls of about 40g each and it can be stored in the refrigerator for 10 days or in the freezer. 

Ingredients: water, organic flaxseed flour, organic pea protein, organic wheat gluten, organic WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, organic vegetable margarine (organic high oleic sunflower oil, organic shea butter, water and green tea extract), natural yeast from organic WHEAT FLOUR, brewer's yeast, and sea salt.

Ke pane is made with sourdough, an essential requirement for long shelf life. When kept in the refrigerator, it may appear to lack freshness. To remedy this, we recommend heating it before consumption, so it regains its aroma and softness.
